Our atmosphere is like an insulating blanket protecting us extending almost hundred kilometers above earth's surface. Its components are gaseous and cosmic rays. It did not have solid components. The atmosphere is divided into different layers whose natures and characteristics are different depending upon the height.- Ecology, Environment and Technoethics

Science and religion are closely connected. If we deeply think over this we realize that science concerns only with the materialistic world while religion, though it has spiritual basis theoretically, has firm practical aspect also. Practical religion can be brought down to one conception-charity to our fellow beings. This is manifested by science by developing our concern over the world we live in, the ecology and environment so that people live in peace and happiness. Sages practice this by meditation, the spiritualistic way while people engaged in scientific study looks forward for clean world to live without any hazard whatsoever. Hence the concern of ecology, environment and the ethical approach in science and technology creeps in. in this article I have tried humbly to present ecology, environment and technoethics as far as I understand with my scanty knowledge within the prescribed limit.- Remembering World Environment Day:A Painful Uneasiness of Mind over an Impending Ill

United Nations (UN) organized a general session to deliberate about making environment human-friendly in Stockholm capital of Sweden from 5th to 16th June 1972. As a consequence United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) was formed for working to encourage sustainable development through strong environmental practices. To consider economic development, its consequences of the pollution of our environment and how to tackle this problem so that our environment is least polluted.- Environmentally Sustainable Revolution

Few of us believe that the earth was born; they think that the earth was always there as it is now. Scientists conjectured that it happened about 5000 million or even more years ago. Slowly creatures born with progress of time. Man originated on earth at what time is still a fascinating subject. However with age men progressed in life sustenance.- A Vain Fancy Turns in Reality

We come to know from our ancient literature a word “Akamebadwitiam” -meaning there is only one and not a second, spiritually the word is applicable to God and materialistically to earth. But modern science proves it otherwise in the second case. It proves that there is another world.- Glimpse of Global Green Power

Electricity consumption is a yardstick of a nation’s progress. Light is a part of life from time immemorial. Starting from fire, earthen lamp, metallic lamp, candle stick, lantern, hurricane, gas light lit by carbide we are now having compact fluorescent lamp. The generation of electricity became prime important. Concept of electricity was realized through the works of scientists like Michael Faraday, Dalton, Heinrich Grisolve, William Crooks, and J J Thomson etc. Finally on 21st October 1879 a filament made from a length of carbonized sewing thread set in an evacuated glass bulb produced a continuous glow for over forty hours by Thomas Alva Edison and three years later the city of New York wondered as Edison switched on the first successful electric light system in the world.

In our planet initially only creatures of lower rung evolved and extinguished without passing on their wisdom derived from personal observations for future race. Still in some way or other from those prehistoric living beings more intelligent species evolved with a mind able for furtherance of all out development of world.

Pluto, a planet in our solar system, has some unique characteristics in the sense that its elliptic plane of rotation round the sun is inclined at 20° to all other planets general plane of rotation round the Sun and it is situated in Kuiper Belt outside the orbit of Neptune where the temperature is very low and the space is full of icy objects.

The story of evolution of telescope is like the never ending tail of Hanuman on whose tail Raban, the then King of Lanka wanted to wrap with clothes and Hanuman increased his tail’s length as he wished. Starting as an apparatus to see distant objects it is now passing through astonishing phases with the ever increasing development of modern science and technology skill and we do not know where it will stop. We are now trying to give a short account of telescopes evolution till date with our limited bookish knowledge in the present era of internet.

Since time extending beyond the reach of memory, India has been the cultural and spiritual leader of the world. Major religions Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, Christianity, and Sikhism were born here as is revealed in literature and recent reports. Thousands of seers and saints have lived and walked across this holy land and preached humanity and spirituality. Even today when man’s journey to the moon, planets, exterior space is a thing of the past and new dimensions in all fields are set and advanced with impressive speed and confidence the west looks towards India for inner peace.

The latest deliberation on climate change and its devastative impact was held in December2015 where more or less all nations took part as it involves the sustenance of mankind. Exhaustive discussions were held mainly on the emission of carbon dioxide which is the main cause of rise of global temperature. All countries emit carbon dioxide but some give blame to others for large emission. Western countries mainly blame developing countries for carbon dioxide emission.

Now-a-days we come across the news of wildfire here and there in our planet. Scientists specially environmentalists claim that this is due to global warming. The whole world is worried about the increase in global temperature and its consequences. But the governments who will execute the recommendations to deal this situation of different sessions of United Nations’ special bodies dealing with global warming are turning a blind eye in this regard. We have the proverb ‘Government is by the people, of the people and for the people’. But now-a-days it seems that government is by the party, of the party and for the party steered by some people. Effect of global warming is countless, one of them is wildfire. It causes not only huge loss to the country where fire occurs but the humanity in general.- Role of Science in Everyday Phenomena:An Example

Computer forensic is different from most traditional forensic disciplines. It is simply the application of computer investigation and analysis techniques in the interests of establishing potential legal evidence in the court of law. Frequently computer forensic is used to identify digital evidence when personal computers are used in the commission of crimes or in the abuse of common policies. The computer is an easy tool for crime as it is difficult to check and most faults can be explained or covered up as a computer error rather than deliberate involvement. Forensic science disciplines have affected countless criminal investigations dramatically in India.
A forensic expert can more quickly identify places to look, signs to look for, and additional information sources for relevant digital evidence. Computer forensic science is largely going to be in demand for service from police, judiciary, law enforcement agencies and society. Forensic science has historically produced results that have been judged to be both valid and reliable. The purpose of computer examination is to find information related to the case and almost entirely technology and market driven. It also relies on the ability of the scientist to produce a report based on the objective results of a scientific examination. Digital evidence is unworthy if it is not presented professionally to a court of law. A serious and costly terrorist act could come from the internet instead of computer /logic bomb etc.
